A river trek enterprise is being planned in the Atugan River which is located in Impasug-ong, Bukidnon, in the Philippines. This endeavor was envisioned by barangay councilor, Rory P. Roque, in order to provide income for the people who will serve as guides to those who want to venture into river trekking, as well as provide money for people who will be able start businesses like eateries, shops, sell native wares and the like.

Mr. Roque, along with some men, went on an exploration trip to find out what adventurers would go through during the 5-hour trek. Breath-taking sights, a water curtain, numerous water falls, huge rock formations and monkeys were seen during this trip. It was confirmed that people who love to hike and go on adventure trips would enjoy this activity which would involve swimming or wading in water, hiking, scaling rocks, and sight-seeing. A project to install some ziplines and slides are being planned in the future.

Below are some pictures taken during this exploration.
